An exhibition will be held at Shinjuku Ophthalmology Gallery featuring the work by Niki Takahashi, a graduate of the FMR Seminar, which received the runner-up prize at the WIRED CREATIVE HACK AWARD 2025.
Using five “charms” constructed from more than twenty years of personal history and the history of Shinjuku—drawing on cultural anthropology and related fields—I rewrite the relationship between the ever-changing city of Shinjuku and my own ever-changing self.
